Day One / Customer Support Specialist

Day One is looking for a part-time customer specialist to work from our office in Lehi, Utah (240 North 1200 East, Suite 204, Lehi, UT 84043)

Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer questions and provide guided, text-based assistance via our online customer service portal.
  • Contribute to public knowledge base.
  • Assist with beta testing and QA work.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with iOS and Mac hardware, operating systems, and apps.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional, courteous demeanor.
  • Live in Utah (preferred).

Hours:

  • 2-4 hours a day, Monday thru Friday (flexible).
