Technical Support

Please search the Day One Support Center. If you can’t find an answer in the Support Center, you contact us by one of the following options:

  • Open Day One on iPhone, iPad, or Android. Tap Settings > Support > Contact Support. There is a chat within the app.
  • Contact Form
  • Go to the Support Center and click the chat icon at the bottom right.
