Day One Forum
If you can’t find an answer in our Help Guides, please post your question on the Day One Forum at forums.dayoneapp.com for further assistance.
Premium users have access to priority support. (Be sure to contact support using the email/account associated with your Premium subscription.)
To access Premium support, go to Day One on iOS/Android > Settings > Support > Contact Support to start an email with the default mail client. Currently, only Apple’s default mail client is supported on iOS.
