Adam is a seasoned customer service professional with over twenty years of experience, primarily in tech companies such as Day One, eBay, and Automattic. He has also showcased his talents as an emcee for the improv troupe Off The Cuff in Cedar City, Utah, and for the Miss Lehi pageant. An avid podcaster, Adam has hosted and edited shows like “Getting LOST,” the “Day One Podcast,” and the “WordPress Briefing Podcast.” He holds a degree in Spanish Teaching from the University of Utah. Passionate about travel and photography, Adam enjoys exploring new places with his family and has recently developed a love for home coffee brewing. He is currently working as a “domestic engineer” taking care of two kids and two dogs at home.
