How to Use QR Code Login
On iOS
Before you begin, make sure you have a device that is currently logged into Day One. Make sure you’re running Day One 2024.25 or higher.
- Visit dayone.me/login on a non-logged-in device, such as your desktop or laptop.
- Use your phone’s camera to scan the QR code displayed on the web login screen.
- A confirmation modal will appear. Tap “Log in” to confirm.
- That’s it! You’ll be logged in, and your encryption key will securely transfer automatically.
