Prompt Packs offer themed collections of journaling prompts for topics like gratitude, mindfulness, and creativity so you’ll never run out of inspiration. Each pack guides you with prompts you can browse, save, and complete at your own pace, helping you stay inspired every time you open Day One.
After updating to 2025.19 of Day One for Android, you’ll notice a new Prompts tab in the lower toolbar. Tap Prompts to get started.

With Prompt Packs, you can:
- Browse and answer prompts from any available pack in the new Prompt Gallery.
- Add packs to your My Prompts library to personalize your journaling experience and link them to specific journals.
- Track your progress with a visual meter showing how many prompts you’ve completed.
- Hide unwanted prompts so you see only the ones that inspire you.
Prompt Packs are currently available in English. If your device is set to another language, you can still try them by toggling the feature on in Settings > Labs.
