Because the templates in the Gallery are currently available only in English, the Template Gallery will only appear if English is one of the preferred languages in your system settings. (It doesn’t have to be the first one, just somewhere in the list).

If you go to iOS Settings > General > Language & Region, you can add English to the list somewhere below your default language. This indicates that English is also an acceptable alternative when your default language isn’t available.

FAQ

Can I set a template without specifying a time, or a template for “All Day”?

Currently, it’s not possible to set “All Day” or an unspecified time for Templates. However, you can adjust this in the entry once you’ve applied the Template.
