By integrating your Kindle highlights with Day One, you create a central repository of all your favorite quotes, notes, and thoughts from your readings. Day One allows you to add context to those highlights, bringing a multi-dimensional approach to your reading experience. In this tutorial, we’ll explore a quick and easy way to share your highlights into Day One with just a few taps.
1. Download the free Kindle app for your iPhone or iPad.
To get started, you’ll need the free Kindle app for your iPhone or iPad. This free app turns your iOS device into a Kindle, allowing you to read all your favorite books from your iPhone or iPad.

3. Highlight a passage you want to remember.
Simply drag your finger across a phrase, sentence, or paragraph in your Kindle book until you see the highlight appear.

Kindle offers several pre-formatted image quote styles, or you can share the actual text of the quote. Once you’ve chosen your style, tap the share link in the top right.

Depending on your Share menu preferences, you may need to scroll to see the Day One icon.
