Premium Support
Premium users have access to priority support. (Be sure to contact support using the email/account associated with your Premium subscription.)
To access Premium support, go to Day One on iOS/Android > Settings > Support > Contact Support to start an email with the default mail client.
Please include the following if possible:
- Device info (Mac, iOS, Android)
- Day One version number on all devices
- Day One User ID
