Premium Support

Premium users have access to priority support. (Be sure to contact support using the email/account associated with your Premium subscription.)

To access Premium support, go to Day One on iOS/Android > Settings > Support > Contact Support to start an email with the default mail client.

Please include the following if possible:

Due to the high volume of ticket requests we receive, we’ll respond to your ticket as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience as we work to assist you as quickly as possible.

Why aren’t you replying to my support ticket?

If you’ve submitted a support ticket through the app, and you haven’t received a response from us, check if your account uses the Sign in with Apple sign in method. If so, it could be that your account is linked to an Apple Private Relay email address that is no longer active. Try adding another email address to your account and then contacting us again, or send an email directly to support@dayoneapp.com and include the user ID from your account.
