Selective Sync

With Day One Selective Sync, you can choose which journals you have stored and accessible on each of your devices. The data remains stored in the Day One Cloud, so if you ever want to download and view the journal entries, it’s just a tap away.

iOS

To enable Selective Sync on iOS, follow these steps:

1. Go to Day One > Settings > Journals.

2. Tap Selective Sync.

3. Uncheck the journal(s) you wish to remove from your device.

4. Tap Hide to confirm this action.

Mac

To enable Selective Sync on Mac, follow these steps:

1. Go to Day One > Settings > Journals.

2. Uncheck the journal(s) you wish to remove from your device.

3. Click Hide to confirm this action.
