Troubleshooting incorrect locations
Android
The location is determined approximately based on wifi/cellular signal, so it may need adjusting to be more accurate.
Open your phone’s settings and go to Settings > Location, and tap on Day One, then make sure that ‘Use precise location’ is enabled (if available).
Some Android devices also have a ‘Low accuracy mode’ for location, so check for that setting, and disable it if necessary.
It may also be worth opening Google Maps and checking whether your location is accurately shown there. If not, you can improve that as described in Google’s support guide.
