Moving entries to another journal

Web

On Day One Web you have two options to move entries.

Individual entries have an option to move the entry on the entry menu.

You can drag individual entries from one journal to another.

Multiple entries can be selected and moved using  cmd + click or shift + click for a flexible and efficient way to organize your journal.

Once selected, entries can be previewed in the right panel, showing a snapshot of their content along with the date range and total count of selected entries.

When moving multiple entries, a counter will display the number of entries being transferred, and the entries will remain highlighted after the move, ensuring you don’t lose track. This streamlined process allows you to re-categorize large sets of memories quickly and intuitively.
