Tracking and Shipping information for Day One Books

International Shipping Information

Day One Books are available for international shipping. We utilize UPS Mail Innovations for shipping, with final delivery completed by your local postal service. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

We recommend ordering at least one month ahead of the desired arrival date to allow for unforeseen delays in printing and shipping, such as weather, high volume around holidays, customs (for international orders), etc.

Holiday Shipping Information

As the Day One books are made-to-order, there are some timelines to keep in mind for orders to arrive by the holidays.

Typically, it takes 7-10 business days to process your order, print, cut, and package them to be shipped. During holidays and New Years, you may see additional delays. For US domestic orders, it can take another 4-6 business days to ship your order. In total, it can take 3-4 weeks to receive your order. International orders can take an additional 7-10 business days (4-5 weeks total).

Tracking Your Day One Book Order

Once your book is sent to our shipping partners, you can track your order from the Day One app.

Go to Day One > Settings > Book Printing > tap the Orders tab > tap a book order, and tracking information will be available once shipped. Tapping the tracking ID will take you to UPS.com to track the shipment. If the tracking information is not immediately available on UPS.com after the tracking number is created, please check back in 24-48 hours.

Checking the Shipping Address

For shipping information, books are delivered to the address entered if using a credit/debit card. If Apple Pay was used, the address would have appeared from the Wallet & Apple Pay settings.
