Day One’s Journal Sync securely backs up your journal on our private servers, ensuring your entries are safe and accessible across all your devices. Previously, checking your last sync date and time required navigating into Sync Settings.
Now, with this update, the Sync Status row is always visible directly on the main Settings page for quick and easy access. This improvement ensures quicker access to crucial sync information, giving you peace of mind knowing your journals are securely backed up and available whenever you need them
Here’s what’s new:
- Easily check your sync status at a glance: When you visit the main Settings menu, you can see whether Sync is active, paused, or disabled.
- Real-time updates: Watch as the status transitions during syncing, showing clear indicators like “Sync’ing…” or “Last Sync / [date and time].”
- Always accessible: Even if Sync is disabled, the Sync Status row remains visible, letting you know when it was last active or showing “Never” if it hasn’t been used yet.
