Map data issues with Apple Maps and Foursquare
If there are errors or inaccuracies with maps in Day One use these to send feedback to Apple and Foursquare
Some users have experienced inaccuracies due to the map data provided by Apple Maps and Foursquare. The data included in Day One is pulled directly from these sources. If you have seen inaccuracies with your location data in Day One (a wrong place name, a duplicated city name, a closed or misspelled business), report them directly to the data provider:
- Apple Maps: Apple takes map corrections through the Maps app, not a web form. On iPhone, open Maps, tap your picture or initials next to the search field, tap Reports, then tap Report a New Issue. On a Mac, open Maps and choose Maps > Report an Issue. You can also open a place’s card and choose Report an Issue. Apple’s instructions: https://support.apple.com/guide/iphone/report-an-issue-with-maps-iph2c075a8e8/ios (iPhone) and https://support.apple.com/guide/maps/report-an-issue-mps366d4598f/mac (Mac).
- Foursquare: submit a request with Foursquare Support at https://support.foursquare.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
