Importing Data From Journey
Our Android app supports importing entries from Journey. Here's how to get started:
To import from Journey, you’ll first need to get your export file from Journey on your Android device. Please take a look at this support page, as it will give you the step-by-step instructions: https://help.journey.cloud/en/article/archive-journal-entries-to-zip-format-v6dsvi/
Now you can bring your entries over into Day One:
- Open Day One for Android
- Go to Day One > Settings > Import/Export
- Tap on Import Journey .zip file
- Open the Download folder and tap on the Journey export .zip file
- Your Journey entries and photos will be imported into Day One

Please note: Journey Imports only work on our Android app, so if you don’t have an Android device you will need to convert your Journey export to a Day One compatible JSON format.
