Unexpected prompt when creating an entry

If you see a specific prompt when creating a new entry (e.g. How are you feeling? What did you achieve today? etc.), and you’re not sure where it’s coming from, it’s likely you have a template assigned to the current journal. Check your journal settings to see if you have a default template selected and to change/disable it if desired.

Preventing empty entries from being saved

Currently, only the iOS app prevents saving blank entries. In macOS, Android, Web App, and Windows, an entry is automatically saved as soon as you tap the New Entry button. If you create one by accident, you’ll need to delete the empty entry manually. We plan to make this behavior consistent across all platforms in the future.

Capture life’s moments, anytime, anywhere.
