How to delete tags from an entry or from all entries

iOS

Delete a tag from a single entry

  1. While viewing the entry, tap the ••• button at the top right > then Entry Info or the Map at the bottom to open the Metadata view.
  2. Tap Tags.
  3. Tap the tag you wish to remove from that entry.

  1. While editing an entry, tap the paper clip icon.
  2. Tap Tags.
  3. Tap the tag you wish to remove from that entry.

Delete a tag from all entries

  1. From the Timeline view, tap the Search icon at the top
  2. Tap the Tag filter option.
  3. Choose the tag you wish to delete
  4. Swipe on an entry to access the multi-select tool (checkmark icon)
  5. Tap Select All at the bottom
  6. Tap the Tag icon at the bottom
  7. Tap the X next to the tag you want to remove from all entries.

macOS

Delete a tag from a single entry

  1. While viewing the entry, click the Tag icon at the bottom of the entry.
  2. Remove the tag.

Delete a tag from all entries

  1. From the Timeline view, click the Filter button.
  2. Tap the Tag filter option.
  3. Choose the desired tag to be deleted

4.  The Timeline will show a filter at the top.
5.  Use Command+A or click Select All in the filter to select all entries
6.  Right click, or Command+click on an entry
7.  Choose Edit > Tags
8.  Remove the desired tag.

Android

Delete a tag from a single entry

  1. While viewing the entry, tap metadata at the bottom of the entry or tap the 3 vertical dots button at the top right
  2. Tap Tags
  3. Tap the tag you wish to remove from that entry.
