Feature Requests

How we prioritise feature requests

We log all feature requests and votes for features. When you submit your feature request to us, the first thing we do is search our internal feature request tracker to see if it’s something that’s been requested before.

If it has, your request/vote will get added to the list. If it hasn’t, we add your idea/suggestion to the backlog so that we can start tracking it. If any other customers suggest the same idea, or comment on an existing idea in our forum, we add that as an additional vote so we know how much demand there is for any feature.

If we see significant interest from customers and our team agrees that it is in line with our values and product goals, then the idea may get added to our development roadmap.
