With the latest release for Day One on the web, we’re introducing new export tools. Please note that the Web and Windows app only supports exporting your entire journal, not single entries. To export, navigate to Journal Settings → Export Journal to create a Day One JSON export of your complete journal.
All of our troubleshooting points will include a warning if there is a potential risk of data loss due to unsynchronized data. Please make a copy of all entries that have not synced when you are having trouble in the Web App or Windows App.
